Student-Led Movie Discussion Group

This student-led movie group took place at Kyoto Seika University in October and November 2019. The films shown all relate to different diversity and equity, and there is a discussion following each film shown. The GOAL of the group is to create education and awareness about a variety of diversity and equity issues. The movie discussion group is divided into three cycles, each with a key theme. The first cycle will run until December and includes films related to the theme, 'Humans and Nature.' The second cycle will begin in January and will include films related to the theme, 'Cultural Diversity.' The third cycle will end the school year and will include films related to the students' individual cultures.
